The Directors and Associates
of EfficienTrend are:

  • Richard Hancock

    Director, is a highly experienced Business Consultant with 10+ years of working with a wide range of Australian and international companies, public sector organisations and not-for-profit organisations. He has also worked with PwC, 451 Consulting, Litmus Group (a division of PPB Advisory) and PlusorMinus Consulting.

    Prior to this he has extensive experience as a CEO of large and complex organisations in the public sector at local, state and national level. His breadth and depth of experience enables him to apply strategic, business and operational skills and knowledge to his consulting assignments and in doing so provide practical analysis and realistic implementable recommendations.

    Richard has been on many Boards and Management Committees including 8 years as the Board Chair of a successful and growing NDIS service provider. This combined with his CEO experience enables him to effectively work with Boards and their executives.

  • Muthukumar Prakasam (MK)

    Director, is an IT Consultant with 20+ years’ experience in developing and implementing software systems and IT infrastructure. He has worked with clients in Australia, USA, Japan and India. MK also has IT businesses in Japan and India that assist both EfficienTech and EfficienTrend and their clients with significant knowledge and expertise.

  • Dave Mewett

    Associate, is a highly experienced Technology Executive with 8+ years as Principal of a strategic IT delivery and consulting firm, Deahrem Associates. Previously, he was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Queensland Transport, Enterprise Business Change Manager Qantas IT, Head of Program Delivery DXC Technology, CIO of Capgemini in Aus/NZ.

About Business Process Offshoring

EfficienTrend has global partners that provide offshoring services to businesses and organisations in the US, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
They specialise in helping clients find solutions to their staffing needs using the popular Staff Leasing and Project-Based model, with other tailored solutions available. Staff have experience in relevant Australian laws, standards and regulations across the various disciplines.
Typical staff lease agreements are for 12 months with a 30 day notice period. The agreements contain protection for confidentiality and IP. Your data and IP is kept secure with confidentiality agreements, restricted activities and online access protocols.
